We match the wording.
Your agent lodges it.
Post-Brexit plant health sits with the UK agent. The Pakistan phytosanitary certificate is the text they lodge against.
Your UK agent lodges the plant-health certificate. Zarkaar matches the phytosanitary wording to that lodging. We do not lodge the UK entry, and we do not file the DEFRA side in your name.
The cargo this supports is sea Chaunsa for volume retail, air Sindhri and Anwar Ratol for boutique shops, and year-round basmati into Felixstowe and London. IRRI is not the UK rice grade. Onion is a winter top-up, not a 52-week program.
Fruit the certificate has to describe
Name the variety. Sindhri, Chaunsa, and Anwar Ratol are different lots. Hot-water treatment at 48°C is already on the mango file. The UK lodging should see that log, not a generic “treated” line with no temperature.
Rice on the same desk
Basmati into Felixstowe and London uses phyto, fumigation, and the lab sheet. It does not use the mango bath. Tell the agent which commodity the entry covers so the wording we match is the wording they lodge.
Which UK cargo this certificate covers
Sea Chaunsa for volume retail is about 21 days, May to September. Air Sindhri and Anwar Ratol for shops are three to five days, from about 500 cartons. Basmati to Felixstowe or London moves year-round and is not IRRI. Your agent lodges the plant-health certificate. Zarkaar matches the phytosanitary wording and does not file the UK entry.
Hot water at 48°C still happens on the fruit. It is not a substitute for the UK filing. Onion, when it moves, is a winter top-up at 0–4°C, not a 52-week program. Default term is FOB Karachi. Zarkaar is not the importer of record.
