Your brand on the bag.
Our mill sheet in the file.
Five, ten, and twenty-five kilogram bags. One 40-foot high cube is the published minimum, about 25 metric tons.
Zarkaar packs rice under the buyer’s brand in 5 kg, 10 kg, and 25 kg jute or PP woven bags. The published minimum for a private-label container is one 40-foot high cube, about 25 metric tons. Plain export bags at 25 kg and 50 kg remain available when the buyer does not need a retail face.
Saudi retail artwork goes to SASO before the container is stuffed. Gulf programs into Jebel Ali usually want Super Kernel or 1121. The UK and Canada take basmati through the year. IRRI is a different quote. We do not own the Punjab mill that bags the rice.
Which grade goes in the bag
The bag design does not choose the grain. You do.
Basmati and Super Kernel
1121, 386, and Super sit in the premium line, with grain length about 7.5–8.4 mm on the basmati sheet. Super Kernel is the longer, softer lot and the usual Gulf premium retail grain. Keep it out of an IRRI container.
IRRI-6 and IRRI-9
IRRI is the volume staple. It can be private-labelled for a catering or commodity buyer. It is not the grade on the UK or Canada basmati desks. Iraq and Yemen appear as grade notes, not as country desks.
Artwork, Halal, and the mill
Send the pack design with the enquiry. We do not print first and ask second. Halal is on Gulf and Saudi lots. A lab sheet covers moisture and broken grain. Fumigation is the contractor’s certificate, not a step you skip because the bag looks finished.
A hypermarket week and a one-off container are both possible. Name the chain if you want a season plan. A single container is still a real order. It is a different promise.
