Your carton.
Four containers of one variety.
Artwork is due 60 days before the first shipment. Gift sleeves are a separate pack from a supermarket carton.
Zarkaar supplies private-label mango cartons at a published minimum of four containers of one variety in a season. Artwork is due 60 days before the first shipment. Local printing is part of the job. Inner-sleeve gift boxes are available for a retail SKU that is handed to a shopper, not stacked as a bulk bin.
A full sea reefer is about 4,800 cartons, roughly 19–20 metric tons. Air and LCL start around 500 cartons. A private brand still follows the four-container seasonal minimum. Rice bags on the other private-label page use a one-container minimum. Do not mix the two quotes.
What the carton has to survive
Branding does not change the packhouse line.
Treatment and cold chain
Fruit is hot-water treated at 48°C for 60–90 minutes, then pre-cooled toward 8–12°C. USA fruit also needs APHIS-grade cartons and the Dubai irradiation hop. A printed carton does not waive that hop, and it does not create a sea quote to the United States.
Variety and week
Sindhri allocation closes mid-March. Chaunsa closes at the end of April. White Chaunsa is the late Multan and Nawabpur fruit into September. The brand should name one variety. A mixed container is a conversation for an established buyer, written on the proforma.
Gift sleeve versus program carton
A diaspora gift carton is a count a shop can hand over. UK air fruit and Canada air fruit use that pack. A hypermarket program is a weekly reefer in season. Tell us which one you are buying before we brief the printer.
