Sindhri allocation closes mid-March. Chaunsa closes at the end of April. White Chaunsa carries August and September.
Mango booking opens on 1 January. Early Sindhri allocation closes by mid-March. Chaunsa allocation closes at the end of April. A 20 percent deposit reserves volume. Spot orders from mid-May are accepted when fruit remains, and the published spot band sits about 15–25 percent above contracted volume.
The deposit holds a place in the season. It does not lock a freight rate unless the proforma says so. Sindhri is sourced from Mirpur Khas. Family Chaunsa is Multan. White Chaunsa is the late Multan and Nawabpur fruit, August through September.
Who should book which fruit
The calendar follows the variety, not the flag on the carton.
Volume retail
Sindhri ships from May, larger fruit, and is the supermarket name. UAE sea is about five days and does not need irradiation. UK sea Chaunsa is the later volume program, quoted around 21 days.
Gift and diaspora
Chaunsa and Anwar Ratol are the gift names. UK air is three to five days. Canada is air via Dubai and is not the USA irradiation sentence. Anwar Ratol is the small premium fruit in May and June.
What the booking does not do
It does not open a sea path to the United States. It does not print private-label artwork: that file is due 60 days before the first shipment, at four containers of the variety. It does not cover fertiliser for the orchard. Growers use the Multan counter.
Which close date applies
The book opens on 1 January. Sindhri allocation closes in mid-March. Chaunsa, including White Chaunsa, closes at the end of April. Anwar Ratol, Langra, and 12 Number have no separate close date on this site. Early fruit is settled with the Sindhri gate when you ask. A 20 percent deposit holds volume and does not lock freight unless the proforma says so.
Spot fruit, if any remains, sits about 15–25 percent above contracted volume. Private label is four containers of one variety, artwork about 60 days out. October has no mango to load. USA fruit, when it is booked, is still air via Dubai. The deposit does not open a sea route to the United States.
