Phytosanitary,
one certificate per lot.
The Department of Plant Protection inspects. We match the wording your agent needs. We do not lodge their entry.
The phytosanitary certificate is issued by Pakistan’s National Plant Protection Organization, the Department of Plant Protection, after inspection of that consignment. Mango is inspected at the packhouse. Rice, corn, and cotton are inspected against the mill or bale lot.
Zarkaar holds the certificate and sends scans before the bill of lading. If your UK agent, Canadian importer, or Gulf broker needs a specific line of wording, we match it. We do not submit the destination filing in your name.
How the inspection is booked
The lot has to exist. We do not ask the NPPO to certify fruit that is still on the tree, or a mill run that has not been bagged. The enquiry should name the week the goods will be ready at the packhouse, mill, or gin.
Onion moves on phyto, Halal, and origin. It does not borrow the rice lab sheet. Cotton lint moves with fumigation and the staple on the bale record.
Wording your agent can lodge
Destination rules quote our certificate. They do not replace it.
United Kingdom
Your agent lodges the plant-health certificate. We align the phytosanitary text with that lodging. The UK entry is theirs.
United States and Canada
USA mango also needs APHIS packing and Dubai irradiation. The phyto does not cancel either step. The Canadian importer holds the CFIA permit and uses our phyto as the origin half of that file.
