White Chaunsa finished in September. There is no fruit to load in October. A conversation now is a plan, not a container.
Mango booking opens on 1 January. In October 2026 the export season is over: Sindhri ran about May and June, family Chaunsa from late June into August, and White Chaunsa into September from Multan and Nawabpur. Zarkaar will not invent an October sailing of Chaunsa.
Sindhri allocation for the coming season closes in mid-March. Chaunsa allocation closes at the end of April. A 20 percent deposit holds volume. It does not lock freight unless the proforma says so. Spot fruit later sits about 15–25 percent above contracted volume.
What is worth sending before January
The desk can hold your preference. It cannot hold fruit that is not on the tree.
Write the program
Name the variety, the market, sea or air, and whether the carton is plain or private label. Private-label artwork is due 60 days before the first shipment, at four containers of that variety. A gift carton is a different pack from a supermarket box.
Write the refusal in advance
USA mango is air via Dubai irradiation. A 2027 sea container to a US port is still a no. Canada air via Dubai is not that irradiation step. Australia, Japan, and New Zealand are not desks.
If you need a meeting this month
Book a video call or the season-open conversation. Bring last season claims, the carton, and the port. Do not ask the packhouse for a loading week in October. There is no mango on the line.
