Every live Zarkaar export carries a Pakistan document pack: a phytosanitary certificate from the Department of Plant Protection, a Halal certificate, and a Karachi Chamber certificate of origin. Mango adds the hot-water treatment log. Rice, corn, and cotton add fumigation and a lab sheet.

Your broker files the entry in the destination country. That includes FDA prior notice, the UK plant-health lodging, the CFIA permit, the Qatari import permit, and APHIS PPQ on a USA mango. Zarkaar sends the data in time. Zarkaar does not file those notices.

What sits in the pack

The set changes with the crop. The rule does not: one consignment, one pack, copies before originals.

Fresh fruit and onion

Mango and onion carry phytosanitary, Halal, and origin. Mango also carries the hot-water log at 48°C for 60–90 minutes, witnessed at the packhouse. PFVA member standing covers fresh produce. We do not print the membership number on this site.

Rice, corn, and cotton

An approved contractor fumigates grain and cotton and issues the fumigation certificate. A lab sheet records moisture, broken grain, length, aflatoxin, or staple, as the crop requires. Onion skips that mill sheet and moves on a reefer.

What the importer still files

Saudi retail rice needs SASO paperwork raised with the artwork before stuffing. UK plant health is lodged by your agent against our phytosanitary wording. Canada’s importer holds the CFIA permit. A USA mango buyer holds APHIS, and the broker files FDA prior notice.

Send the destination and the port in the first message. We confirm the chain before a deposit. A missing certificate should not appear for the first time at the port.

What we will not pre-issue

Wheat grain stays closed while Pakistan prohibits commercial grain export. We do not draft a phytosanitary certificate for a cargo we cannot load. A sample is a document event too: it does not lock a season price.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you file FDA prior notice?
No. Your broker files it. We send the data pack in time for that filing.
When do scans arrive?
The certifications desk sends scans before the bill of lading. Originals follow the payment terms on the proforma.
Is Halal optional on a Gulf shipment?
No. Gulf and Saudi lots carry Halal. It is part of the pack, not an add-on you tick later.
Can you issue papers for wheat grain?
No. Commercial wheat-grain export is prohibited. We do not pre-issue a phyto for grain we will not load.
