USA-bound mango is packed in APHIS-grade, pest-proof cartons and sealed at the packhouse. Zarkaar sends the data behind the irradiation pre-clearance, described on our certifications page as USDA APHIS PPQ Form 587. You hold the permit.
The same fruit has already passed hot water at 48°C for 60–90 minutes. Packing does not replace that bath, the Dubai irradiation hop, or your broker’s FDA prior notice. We do not use this carton on a sea quote, because that quote does not exist.
What we need from you first
The APHIS permit reference, the arrival airport, the variety, and the carton count. Air lots start around 500 cartons. A private-label print still respects the seasonal branding minimum and the 60-day artwork rule when you want your own board.
JFK, LAX, and ORD are arrival airports. They are not Pakistani load ports. The load-out remains Karachi.
Countries we will not imply
The packhouse note mentions Australia, Japan, and New Zealand as markets that ask for approved packing in general. Zarkaar does not run those desks. A carton spec is not a sailing.
The carton, then the hop
APHIS-grade packing is the Pakistan step. Irradiation in Dubai is the next step. You hold the PPQ permit. Zarkaar sends the data for Form 587 and does not hold the permit for you. Arrival airports named on this lane are JFK, LAX, and ORD. Timing to JFK or LAX is about 7–10 days by air.
Hot water at 48°C for 60–90 minutes still happens at origin. It does not replace irradiation, and it does not make a sea container legal. Canada air via Dubai uses a CFIA permit instead. UAE retail mango needs no irradiation and is a five-day sea program. Say which booking you mean.
