A calendar line
is not a contract.

TDAP lists fairs so exporters can see the year. Zarkaar lists the same fairs so buyers do not invent a stand number.

Zarkaar Group, Shesha Basti Talab, Multan. Updated 2026-10-02.

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan publishes exhibition calendars and, for FoodAg, its own site. Those pages tell you a show exists, and sometimes the month or the days. They do not tell you that Zarkaar has paid for a booth. A national pavilion is a contract. If we sign one, the message to you will name the hall. Until that sentence exists, ask for a meeting.

We use TDAP’s month when the organizer has not printed days, and we say so, as on the Saudi Food Show page. We use the organizer’s days when they exist, as on FoodAg: agro.tdap.gov.pk says 23–26 November 2026 at Karachi Expo Centre. A second official calendar can disagree by a day. We print both and tell you to confirm. We do not average them into a date nobody published.

How to read a line before you fly

Three questions. If any answer is no, do not book the aisle on our account.

Who printed the day?

The organizer, TDAP, or a trade magazine. A magazine listing is the weakest. WorldFood Istanbul is on this site as a listing for that reason. Gulfood’s dates are the organizer’s. Fruit Logistica’s dates are the organizer’s. Foodex Japan’s dates are TDAP’s calendar plus Business France’s city, and the page says to confirm.

Does the month match the crop?

March can still book Chaunsa and is late for Sindhri. May is Sindhri on the water. October is a review and a forward book. November opens onion and can host FoodAg. June in the Kingdom is fruit. A show that falls the week after a closing date does not move the closing date.

Is the country a desk?

UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UK, the USA, and Canada are desks. Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Turkey are not food desks. Turkey and Vietnam are lint mill countries. China is 28 mm lint. A pavilion in a non-desk city is still not a lane.

What we will not do with a logo

We will not put a TDAP, PFVA, or chamber logo on a fair page to imply membership in that aisle. Certificate scans and membership numbers stay off this site. The original moves with the lot. A buyer who needs the number gets it on the document, not on a booth fascia we have not built.

Chambers sometimes circulate delegations. A circular is not a hosting contract. Names, crop, and one job, a week ahead. That rule is the delegation page.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

If TDAP lists a show, are you in the Pakistan pavilion?
No. A list is a list. A pavilion is a contract we would confirm in writing, with a hall.
Why do two calendars disagree?
Because they are different documents. We quote both and ask you to confirm with the organizer. We do not invent a compromise date.
Will you publish a stand number later?
Only after we have booked one. Silence means there is nothing to print.
Does a listing move the Sindhri close?
No. Mid-March stands. The crop calendar is the clock. The fair is a room.
