Do not approve a fantasy minimum.

Mango private label wants about four containers of that variety. Rice is 5, 10, or 25 kg, about 25 metric tons in a 40-foot high cube.

Packhouse illustration for an artwork review
Zarkaar Group, Shesha Basti Talab, Multan. Updated 2026-10-02.

The artwork review is the meeting where the file that will be printed is checked against the grade, the net weight, and the destination. Send it about 60 days before the first sailing. A February fair is already tight for a May Sindhri private label. An April Chaunsa deposit is tight for the same reason. We will say so in the meeting rather than pretend the printer can start yesterday.

Mango private label is about four containers of that variety in the season. Rice private label is 5, 10, or 25 kg and about 25 metric tons. Saudi retail artwork goes through SASO before the container is stuffed. A French or British meeting city does not cancel that Saudi step if the bag is going to Jeddah.

What the file must already say

We review a file. We do not design your brand in the hour.

The true name

Sindhri, Chaunsa, Super Kernel, 1121, IRRI-6. The basmati word only if the lot earns it. A bag that upgrades IRRI in the artwork will be stopped. Halal is not a typeface. It is a certificate on the lot, and the artwork may not imply a certificate you do not have.

Origin line

The chamber certificate says Pakistan. The variety page says Multan Chaunsa or Mirpur Khas Sindhri. Do not draw an orchard we do not farm, and do not draw a mill we do not own. We will reject artwork that invents a branch.

What approval means

Approval means this file can go to print for this destination. It does not waive the container minimum, the deposit, or the phytosanitary. It does not clear USA sea mango. It does not file FDA, UK plant health, or CFIA.

Where to hold the review

A video call is enough if the PDF is the subject. Private Label Middle East, beside Gulfood Manufacturing in Dubai in early November, is a room full of people who print bags. It is not a reason to taste Chaunsa. November has no Chaunsa. Bring the rice file if Dubai is where you already are.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Will you design the bag?
No. Send the file. We check it against the grade, the weight, and the destination.
Can we approve artwork at a fair and ship next week?
No. Allow about 60 days before the first sailing. A fair badge does not move the printer.
Does approval waive four containers?
No. The mango private-label minimum stays. The review does not bargain it away.
Can the bag say basmati if the rice is IRRI?
No. The artwork will be rejected. The basmati-name page is the rule.
