The kissan counter is the domestic door at Shesha Basti Talab, Multan. You come for FFC fertiliser, Punjab Seed Corporation tagged bags, and ICI Wanda feed. You do not come to book a reefer. A wheat-seed bag in November is seed for your acre. It is not a wheat-grain export, and the export ban does not open because the bag is on the counter.
Same-day fertiliser is Multan city. The 24–48 hour list, with transport extra, is Bahawalpur, Khanewal, Lodhran, Muzaffargarh, and D.G. Khan. Kabirwala is ask-first. Lahore, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Quetta, and Peshawar are ask-first. Toori stays within about 50 kilometres of Multan. The export calendar does not move straw.

Rabi and kharif are different counters of the same address. Name the season.
Fertiliser
FFC bags, seal and batch intact. We do not quote a public rate card on this page. The daily price is on the fertiliser desk and on WhatsApp. A meeting can explain a bag check. It cannot invent a subsidy.
Seed
Tagged Punjab Seed Corporation bags. The tag is the point of the visit. An open or relabelled sack is not what we sell. Wheat seed stays in the domestic market. Do not ask the kissan hour to write a phytosanitary certificate for grain.
Feed
ICI Wanda, for a ration you are actually feeding. The dairy-ration page is the longer note. A meeting for “export of feed” will be redirected. We do not run a feed export desk from this counter.
What this hour will not become
It will not become an onion contract, a mango pre-book, or a meeting with a foreign buyer who happened to be in the yard. Those are the export door. If you are a grower who also wants to sell us fruit, say that in a separate message. The acre and the container do not share one queue.
Write on WhatsApp with the crop, the district, and whether you are collecting or asking for the truck. A photo of the field is more useful than a drive from a district we have not confirmed.
