One crop, one job, one day. Hotels are yours. The counter is not a guest house and not a pavilion.
A delegation is a group we agreed to host, not a bus that arrives because a chamber printed our name. Send every name a week before the day. Unnamed guests wait at the hotel. Children are not part of the commercial tour. We do not provide lodging, cars for the city, or a second meeting room in Lahore or Karachi.
Pick one job: orchard, packhouse, counter, or a loading week at the port. A group that demands all four before lunch sees none of them well. The port still needs its own pass. A Multan list does not enter Port Qasim.
What we will host
A working group with a crop and a port already named.
In Multan
Orchard in the fruit weeks, packhouse when a lot is running, or the counter for paper. The kissan yard is not a photo stop on a foreign delegation. If someone in the group is a farmer buying fertiliser, they use the kissan door on another day.
At the port
Only the people the terminal pass can carry, and only against a real booking. The rest of the delegation stays in the city. We will not argue with the port on your behalf for extra badges.
What we will not sign on the day
A price that was not on a proforma. A new country desk. A stand number at a fair. A certificate for a lot that was not inspected. Applause is not a document.
Chambers and TDAP groups
A chamber circular that lists Zarkaar is not a hosting contract. If a trade officer wants to bring buyers, the same rule applies: names, crop, and one job, a week ahead. A TDAP pavilion, if we ever book one, will be confirmed in writing. It will not be assumed from a delegation badge.
