Gulfood is a meeting.
Not a booth we invented.

The organizer places Gulfood 2027 on 15–19 March, at Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre. Ask us for a time. Do not hunt a stand number we have not sent you.

Gulfood’s own exhibitor page sets the 2027 show at 15–19 March, across Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City. The 2026 edition was in late January. Do not book flights for a January 2027 Gulfood. Zarkaar does not publish a stand number. If we book a stand, the reply to you will name the hall. Until that sentence exists, a meeting is a scheduled conversation, not a pavilion.

March is paper season for mango and the tail of onion. Sindhri pre-book closes in mid-March, so Gulfood week is late for Sindhri volume. Chaunsa pre-book stays open until the end of April. Milled rice is in season because milled rice is always in season. Being listed on a TDAP exhibition calendar does not mean Zarkaar is inside a national pavilion.

What is worth 30 minutes at this show

Bring the crop that the month can still serve. Leave the fantasy container at home.

Rice

Basmati, Super Kernel, 1121, and the IRRI grades. Private label is 5, 10, or 25 kg and about 25 metric tons. Saudi buyers who walk Gulfood still need SASO before stuffing and Halal on the lot. Gulfood does not file SASO for you.

Mango paper, not mango fruit

Fruit is not on the water in March. Sindhri volume is closing. Chaunsa volume is still open. A 20 percent deposit holds volume and does not lock freight. USA visitors do not get a sea quote. UAE sea, later in the summer, is about five days and does not use irradiation.

Onion at the tail

The winter program is November through March, UAE and Qatar. A March meeting can close a last lot. It cannot invent April bulbs. Saudi onion is ask-first. Singapore is not a desk.

How to book the meeting

Write on WhatsApp at +92 300 0465810 or email exports@zarkaaragri.com with the crop, the port, and the day you will be in Dubai. Name which venue you are sleeping near. The two sites are not a short walk. We answer in business hours, Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 19:00 Pakistan time.

We will not confirm a price in the aisle. The proforma confirms the price. The website form is not the channel we ask you to trust for a show meeting.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your Gulfood stand number?
We do not publish one. Ask for a meeting. If a stand is booked, the reply names the hall.
Can we taste Chaunsa at Gulfood?
March is before the fruit. The meeting is a booking conversation. The tasting season in Multan is late June through August.
Does a TDAP calendar line mean you are in the Pakistan pavilion?
No. A calendar is a list of shows. A pavilion is a contract we would tell you about directly.
Can Gulf buyers talk about USA mango here?
They can ask. The answer remains air via Dubai irradiation. Sea is refused. A UAE retail carton is not a hiding place for that fruit.

Get in touch

Send the day and the venue you are actually visiting.

We will say if that hour is a rice meeting, a Chaunsa booking, or too late for Sindhri.
