The organizer set the 18th edition for 6–8 October 2026 at IFEMA Madrid. Come for onion paper and a mango post-mortem. Do not come for a Chaunsa container.
Fruit Attraction’s own announcement places the 2026 edition, its 18th, on 6–8 October at IFEMA Madrid. Zarkaar does not publish a stand. Spain is not a desk. The fair is still a serious fresh-produce room, which is why a meeting can be worth it if the subject matches the month.
By 6 October the Chaunsa sea program is over and White Chaunsa is finished or down to whatever a late lot already shipped. An October “mango offer” from the aisle would be a story. Onion’s export window opens in November. Rice can be discussed and is usually better at SIAL the same month, because SIAL is the broader food show.

Three items. More than that wastes the aisle.
Last season’s mango file
If you received UK or Gulf fruit, bring the arrival notes. Claims themselves had a 48-hour clock at discharge. Madrid is for what we change next January, when booking opens again. It is not a place to reopen a July temperature complaint.
Onion for November
Red 60–80 mm, white 50–70 mm, cure 7–10 days, hold 0–4°C. UAE and Qatar are the winter program. Malaysia and Indonesia are named and are not the same permit. A Spanish importer who wants Spanish discharge is an enquiry, not a lane we will invent beside the stand.
What we will not sample
Wheat grain. Mango pulp. Sea-freight USA mango. A mixed reefer of onion and mango. Those are not products we forgot to pack. They are products we refuse.
Practical booking
The show is the same month as SIAL Paris, not the same city. If you are doing both, say which day is Madrid. We will not schedule two aisles an hour apart.
