What you can verify in person today
Dealer authorisations for FFC, Punjab Seed Corporation, and ICI Wanda are displayed at Shesha Basti Talab. They are current-year paper on the wall, not a scan on this website. If you are a farmer or a journalist, walk in during business hours and read them. We will not email a photograph of a certificate as a substitute for a visit — too many counterfeit dealer letters circulate on WhatsApp.
What travels with a container
Export documents are issued per consignment: Phytosanitary (NPPO), Hot Water Treatment (mango), APHIS packing / PPQ 587 where the US route applies, Halal, KCCI Certificate of Origin, fumigation, and lab analysis. Membership of PFVA and registration with TDAP describe the company; they are not a substitute for the pack that clears your customs broker. Buyer-side copies leave 48 hours before the bill of lading.
What we will not put on a public webpage
Membership numbers, licence IDs, and certificate scans. Those are for counterparties under an inquiry, not for scrapers. Ask from a company email or WhatsApp the exports desk with your importer name and destination port.
KCCI, PFVA, and TDAP are trade memberships and registrations. They sit beside — they are not equal to — an FFC or ICI dealer authorisation. The footer badges are labels, not a claim that every partner issued the same class of document.
